VE3MIS is the Mississauga Amateur Radio Club's packet node located in Mississauga and can be reached with 1200 bps packet on 144.970 MHz. A proposal between the GTA West ARES Packet Working Group, the Southern Ontario Packet Radio Association (S.O.P.R.A.), the Mississauga Amateur Radio Club and the Peel ARC Inc. to install a UHF 9600/19200 data link between VE3MIS (Mississauga, ON), VE3CON (Weston, ON) and VE3PRC (Brampton, ON) node sites has been proposed.
